I still haven't got mine and I've been with them for over 3 months. They've raised a number of 'IT tickets' for it but surely it doesn't take that long to send an activation email
I’ve been waiting since I join end of August. Numerous complaints and “IT tickets” but it’s just lip service. They’ll just ask you to do some silly troubleshooting instead of acknowledging it’s a wider issue
Had the same issue for 2 months now. Brand new customer. Countless calls and “IT tickets raised” just fobbed off every time. Last hope is contacting CISAS
