I used to have an email inbox removed which I had for around 20 Years.
When I try to open it now it says Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Hello Kath_F Thank you for the reply.That is not the case. I am still a Virginmedia customer but under another account.However when I switched over my inbox was supposed to be transferred to my virgin account but I guess that never happened. Regards
