my landline has been dead since last night, I have been round and round in the circular website ‘check status’ pages, rang the 0345 number, several times, there is a problem, there isn’t a problem,  it will be fixed by different times, which it isn’t...

Caller ID on home phone not working

Landline plugged directly into wall.  Called ID stopped working about four days ago.  Says ‘no caller id’ on incoming call.  And doesn’t show missed calls, If I 1471 it does know what the last number was that rang. Please can it be reinstated.
