My landline is not working again, no dialtone for at least the last two days, no issues according to the service status page. I had the same problem in July, I was told then I needed an engineer visit but the next day phone was working again

Went to make a call yesterday and no dial tone, second time since July that we know about. still not working today and no reported faults on status page.
