My email account appears to have stopped working. I can still sign into Virgin Media with the username and password but the email server will not allow. I can send email to the address and it doesn't bounce so I have no idea
Hi PaulinaThe account is still locked/unavailable I'm afraid.It does look as though I will need to write it off as I'm unable to get any real answers.I can login to the account with the correct credentials so I know it's not a password issue.Kind reg...
Thanks for the reply Graham. I appreciate that it may well be binned as of 4pm on Wednesday. I can’t get any sense from anyone at “virgin” so I will have to suck it up I guess.
I’ve tried that. My memorable place appears not to be that memorable (it’s the one I always use). No joy. Thanks for the help though. I’m an IT consultant by day. Can’t fix this though it’s out of my scope
