Hi,I have a fault with our 360 box, in that during watching of Prime, Netflix and YouTube (so any streaming app I suspect) the box randomly quits the app back to normal TV. Is this a known fault and anything I can do about it?
Hi John,im not sure if it is both boxes, as one is more frequently used for this type of thing than the other. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s just the living room box. it is currently on standby. How do we setup the tests?
Thanks for the advice. I have checked, but no loose cables and I also have a hard wired connection to the router, so shouldn’t be a problem. waiting for Virgin’s response….. might be a while?!
