Unable to make calls on landline

I enter number I wish to call but it calls Virgin not number requested. Please can anybody advise what I could do to fix this.Thank you

Thank you for your reply. We have not received a letter advising of the changes and haven't received an adapter.Please can we be sent this letter.It effects all numbers trying to be called. Many thanks
