Hi, I’m currently away in the Azores and cannot get any connection to my data, calls or texts. I have checked that my settings in app have data roaming enabled and I have tried a manual connection but neither are working, please help
Hi Matt,Thank you for your quick response. Data roaming is both turned on in the virgin media app and in my phone settings. The spend cap currently has £24.60 left so I don’t think that is causing the issue here
Before it gets queried, no I didn’t contact virgin media prior to leaving the country as I wasn’t aware that this was necessary. I would have thought data roaming being enabled in-app would have been enough
