I can't login to mobile account to sort it out.Every time I try and reset my password is says that isn't quite right.........Very frustrating and can't call as the phone has gone with the sim.
Absolute joke of a process.I have been trying for hours to get this sorted.I'm using the correct email address and I most certainly know my own phone number, how can it be incorrect details.All I want to do is cancel the sim and get a replacement.
