I am experiencing this issue when trying to sign up for the my Virgin media to go through and identify the WiFi blackspots I am experiencing. I am entitled to the booster hubs as part of my package and now it seems I won't be getting these as the app is rendered useless. I've tried different browsers and many different passwords.
