Hi, I am having the same issue as everyone else. Trying to set up my online account today and no matter what password I enter I get an error saying I cannot use it, even though I am following the password requirements. I have called up the support helpline and get told I have to enter the 3rd letter of my password in order to be put through to somebody. Please can somebody help? Thanks1.8KViews0likes2Comments
