Upgrade from oomph 500 to m600 not 1 gig?

Hi I used to be on Ultimate Oomph 500 and was converted to Ultimate Volt, it shows on my account that an upgrade was applied to M600 but I thought the upgrade was to 1gig where available? Thank-you
