Home phone states line cord error, I can not see a fault I have tried the obvious (connection, turned off and on) 
Phone states line cord error, I have checked all wires, connection and even turn it off then back on but still having problems
I have just had virgin installed (box upstairs and downstairs) when I record on one box it automatically records on the second box. For example record film downstairs go upstairs and it’s also on the recording section, how can  I stop this
