I’ve only had a 360 box since July and haven’t been able to access the red button on sky at all.can I request a reduction in the bill until this is sorted please?
Base light is still orange? Is this the LED or is there something wrong? thanks 
Hi. I’ve ordered a quick start installation but don’t have the inside connector / box. Do I need an engineer?
