I need to change bank details for direct debit. I have forgotten my account password. When using "Forgotten Password" link both on line and in app they both come back with "Oops there is a problem". I have tried sorting through forum before but still...

I can’t remember my password. I try to reset password on line but every time I get the annoying ‘oops’ message. Is there a phone number so I can speak to a real person?
