It just keeps saying “we have found a problem with your hard drive , your virgin tv box will work , but you won’t be able to pause live tv or watch recordings “. I have no idea how to solve this . 
 I’ve tried every password , and it still won’t work 
I’m a new customer , I’ve been trying to set up an account because I’ve just got my account number but I can’t set up a password no matter what I try , I have tried everything . Someone please help me. 
I didn’t receive no welcome email, and it’s been weeks since I ordered someone please help so I can resolve this issue .
