Choose the option 0 for everything else and get through to a help person, who then passes me on to the Pre Installment team, and then it also gets dropped? I will try again tomorrow but this is pretty poor. Best part is I was sent a customer satisfaction survey, how can I answer that as the poor person who answered has no fault in this. Different browsers, phone, Macbook, windows, I mean come on what are the actual guidelines as the password checker also says "All requirements met" 💩 I need to change my installation date and am unable to do so, as I need an account........ Come ON Virginmedia get a grip!
