4g not working

Since joining Virgin Media I have been having problems with my 4g on my IPhone when I leave the house. Has anyone else had this problem? I am on 02 network

Hi yes I mean my 4g data. I’ve followed your link, however my settings are already set to the O2 ones. Thanks anyway for responding.
