Ordered a phone contract on the 28/04 and it’s now the 3rd of may and I’ve had no update so far and it’s says it’s parked. 

Placed an order for a contract on the 28.04.22 but it has been parked ever since, its supposed to be delivered on the 8th of may but I have had no update since I placed the order?
