Its been a week now I haven't been able to use Diseny+ on any device connected to my WiFi. VM don't know whats wrong and told me to post here, Disney say there's nothing wrong on their side. I've posted screenshots of the Disney Help chat
For 3 days now diseny+ won't work on my WiFi. I'm getting error code 93. I've attached chat from disney help as neither them or virgin have any answers as to whats causing the issue. Everything works fine if I use my mobile data.
I've been speaking to Virgin and Disney for 2 weeks tried everything. I have a technician coming out Saturday and if they can't find anything to fix ill just be cancelling my contract.
