I switched from Virgin to O2 (at virgin's insistence) and the quality of the signal has reduced dramatically.Sometimes i cannot get a signal in locations where i used to ?Is there a setting on my phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) that i need to check ?
For the past two/three weeks,almost daily, between 11am and 4pm, my internet goes off/on/off/on/off and only rebooting the router seems to resolve. The 0345 number was a waste of time.Any ideas what could be causing this ? ThanksCraig
