Virgin still advertising this deal to new customers (my sister had one of the door to door salesmen round last night and he was pushing it even though she said I couldn’t get it to work). It’s becoming a bad joke, particularly when you have to phone the contact centre and you get bounced round four people wasting an hour and a half. I’m going to start billing them for my time after end of May Re: Virgin Media top bundles now include Netflix I think it’s about time Virgin admitted they can’t fix this and start refunding £10.99 per month on all eligible bundles until they get it fixed properly Re: Virgin Media top bundles now include Netflix Afternoon all: I am on Ultimate Volt 1 Gig service (signed up on 28/3/2022) so am entitled to Netflix Standard within Virgin package charge. got this email from Netflix last night: After 7 phone calls today (6 to VM 1 to Netflix) no resolution achieved. also just checked My Virgin Media account and can see this: when trying to access Netflix now it states my membership is cancelled, but that I can restart provided I provide payment details. The only option for payment details is by bank card - no mention of Virgin Media. why am I not getting a service I’m contracted for?
