I need help getting a new SIM card as can’t log in due to virgin wanting to send a code to SIM card Iv lost. 

Hello. I recently lost my phone and don’t know my log in details so I can’t get the verification code to log in to order myself the new SIM card. So I’m stuck at the moment. How else can I order the SIM card. thanks.
