I’ve just spent two hours on what’s app with virgin trying to activate Netflix.  They said their should be a banner on my account page, but there isn’t.   I’ve just downloaded the media app and found a link but nothing happens when I click on Manage ...
We’ve had no landline for a few days. No fault reported, we’ve tried everything we can think of, restarting router etc.  What number can we ring to report this please?
