i have been trying to cancel my contract now that it is ending but cannot understand the person on the phone as I wear hearing aids, I have tried WhatsApp but after 6 hours i gave up can i write to virgin giving notice of cancelling.
i have tried calling the heldesk and they keep asking me for 3 letters from my password, which does not work, i was told i can changhe my pw on account settings but have yet to find the tab
hi i have had the dreaded red led on my router for some days now, it is NOT overheatingit checks out ok but it would appear to be failing and i cannot have that happen.
Hihave just done a pinhole reset and its come back on but still with red led, looks like I do need a replacement, asap as I cannot be without broadband.regards Colin
