Hi, hope this part of the forum is the right place more or less. We’ve just had fibre installed in our area and I’m trying to text my details to the number on the Virgin flyer. It tells me message is undelivered. Cheers for the help.
To anyone who has got their Netflix working through Virgin, how did it happen? After you tapped “Activate Netflix” did you get emailed your Netflix details? Cheers!
Mine’s over two weeks too. Paying for something we’re not getting. This is ridiculous. Latest attempt they tried to fix it by cancelling and restarting my account. No good!
Mine’s the same. Keep asking on whatsapp, getting told the same old rubbish. “Looking into the problem”? Why can’t Virgin just go on our accounts and get the Netflix details sent out?
