New hub arrived and has been activated but it is stuck on solid yellow line. 3 days of trying customer services and no luck. What next?
The courier lost our quick start kit and there seems to be no way to get another sent out. Do you really have to give up on getting Virgin Broadband and go to another provider if this happens. It seems mad!
