I was late in paying my plan bill and my sim got barred, I payed it a couple of weeks ago and it hasn't been activated yet is there something I can do myself to get it up and running again?

Hi,My pay monthly sim got barred a few days ago due to ''inactivity'', i very much still use this.Checked on the virgin mobile website to see if i can resolve this issue myself but I didn't find anything of use there.
