When I've tried contacting virgin media via their phone line and have the automated assistance and I enter both my account number and home phone number they say neither are recognised and I can't proceed to ask for help. When I login to my account online it also just says oops something went wrong. Could a member of the moderation team please let us know if this is a wider issue on virgin media end?
