since late afternoon no one can ring in. The line is dead for anybody trying to ring in can anyone help with this

on the hub 5 does the phone work on it yet because i had the hub 5 last year but the phone didn't work on it.  i've just got a email to see if i want it again so do i claim one or leave it

Hi i joined last week and on saturday i rang up to change to Talk More Anytime but i just looked and am still getting charged for phone calls so i have just rang up to tell them about it but because i can't remember  my security password they woulded...
