I have recently upgraded to the ultimate volt package but can I get the virgin 360 box at no extra cost or changing contract 

I had A Text message from Castle bingo which I have never heard of send me texts messages with a 5 digit number and I can opt out which I did I want to know how I got the message and how much it cost to text back to opt out
