After switching to private message and giving Paul all my details yesterday I haven't heard anything back from him. Is this normal?

I'Ve put the sim into another phone and the problem was the same on the other set

I have also tried Network reset. No success

I found the network list. I have changed to Orange and Vodafone and i still did not receive calls
