My intelligent wifi pod has started flashing overnight. It has been working well. I have rebooted the router, no issues with that and the pod is still flashing. Please can anyone advise what to do please?

I've received a second pod today and can't get it to connect, keeps flashing. The first one connected easily. Do I need to disconnect the first one when installing the second one? I'm anxious about losing the connection on the first pod. Not relishin...

It's still the same, can't send on email app and Outlook, but OK when I'm signed into the server direct. I'm receiving emails ok. Transferring to another provider is very much work in progress, I've got years of emails stored and accounts to change.

It's not working again. It only works for a few days then stops me being able to send emails.

As if by miracle, it's working again this morning. It must be a VM end issue as I've changed nothing my end. It's early days, so let's see how long it lasts this time. Thank you everyone for the advice.
