Never had an issue whatsoever, in fact, was same people that offered my current package (going up to £88 in April) for £52 fixed for 12 months...only drawback am stuck for 18 months... But considering saving over next year & xlnt broadband speed, happy enough..... Re: Keeping you up to speed Oops too early in the morning obviously... Yes read that yesterday... Re: Keeping you up to speed Jayjayj, yes got same letter, went online chat & got same package reduced £36. Darran, I was £76 with April increase of £12 to £88, got same package reduced to £52 per month.... The person I had understood English perfectly tbh....can understand incentives to win new customers, but it is pathetic new customers are offered far cheaper deals than loyal long term customers.... Ofgem are obviously useless.... Re: Keeping you up to speed Wow, offered same bundle am on for £52 monthly with no increase until Feb next year 3.9%, that'll do.....£36 of a saving.... Nice. Re: Keeping you up to speed Either way £88 a month for telly & broadband is dire.... Already paying TV licence which don't like doing... Only one person at home watches TV as well.... Must be cheaper out there!? Re: Keeping you up to speed Letter received today. £12 increase April taking existing £76 to £88.....package for new customers good broadband & 218 channels £39!?!? And will now be yearly increase cpi 3.9%...even if cpi is 0% will still increase 3.9%...I'm out of contract, if don't offer £39 package.... Am off.......
