Hi, I've got an engineer coming on Friday.I changed the power supply but the Tivo box then just kept re-booting itself so I had to make a call to arrange for for a new box. They wouldn't just send me a new box it had to be an engineer visit.Kind reg...

Hi,yes I did receive an email confirmation of the order but the delivery is now almost 2 weeks overdue and I haven't had any communication from VM to say why it hasn't been delivered at the arranged date.Very poor communication from VM
