To let you know, a charge of £40 has been applied to your account as we've not received our kit. Once we've got it, we'll credit this back to your account.So the incompetent picks at virgin have billed me because they haven't sent a returns envelope ...
Anyone know how to get in touch with a human who actually works for virgin media? Bloody idiots keep sending emails and texts that you can't reply to. Worst customer service in the history of any company I've had to deal with. 
I've cancelled my service and the rep I spoke to said I can go ahead and cancel my DD yet I'm still showing as having a bill and my returns envelope hasn't arrived yet.
