My sky sports app says device limit reached. When I go onto the virgin website I’ve only got 3 devices but it says I can have 5. My phone is one of the devices. I can’t replace any devices either?

I was told my new bundle would be £91 including an o2 sim worth £25I’ve just been charged £91 and o2 have taken an extra £25 out. Anyone else have the same problem? Not happy
