He has asked for all my security details in order to try and “assist” me. Once he’d had all my data he asked me to call customer services as my info is incorrect. I know my details are correct. Beware! Re: Unexpected new contract when moving home This appears to be the normal practise with VM. I have just moved and my existing contract was £38 per month. New service was installed today (WiFi keeps dropping out) and my ‘estimated’ bill is £229! How on earth can VM get it so wrong? I’d love to know if anyone ever gets this sorted as all I can think of doing is cancelling my direct debits. I have 2 of them now!
