I am having a similar experience. Was told to change my password which I did.Now my NTL world address and emails have just disappeared.I can still use the email address using Mac Mail on my apple devises.
Getting following message"The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them"Can "provider" tell me what Im supposed to do ?
