Hi all,It took virgin 4 or 5 weeks to send me the activation email.Surely by now even virgin should know the cause of the delay and just be honest to us for the reasons and tell us a proper timescale of when to expect the email.
@Tom_W1 To save even further confusion to new and existing customers why don't virgin place a warning note or message alongside the activate netflix button?
Any further help?No one from virgin has contacted me directly about this and asked for account details etc...No use trying to make it look otherwise. Be honest with those still waiting and tell them exactly what the problem is. Someone at virgin must...
