I've sorted this now. Because I am a returning customer I had to register again for a new account.

I have the same issue. I can't even turn the child safe on and off because of an error.I don't use any antiviruses/firewall/vpn or anything. Tried on the phone, 2 computers, 3 browsers, it's all the same.
