Has anyone managed to login to the virgin tv go app? Doesn’t seem to recognise my valid login details for my virgin media account. Forum is full of people having the same problem but no solution given by virgin media.
Tried to login using safari browser but says user name or password incorrect. I can log into my virgin media account so login details are not incorrect. Something wrong with virgin tv go, it is impossible to login with the app or browser
