The cable that runs around my house has become frayed, how do I get it replaced before it fails, I can get anywhere on the website to book an appointment just keep going around in circlesthanks
I’ve just upgraded to 1gb, but my speed is slower than before. I had my hub3 in modem mode and was getting speeds of over 500, now I’m struggling to get above 400.I don’t get it, I don’t want to use the virgin hub as router as the signal doesn’t cove...
