Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this initially as assumed it was the likely cause. But still have the same issue.  it's a very clunky app in general. You can't just pick up where you left off with stuff. You have to rewatch all the adverts to that...

I've raised it with ITVX. Notified them on the 11th. Nothing back but asking me to verify details. Chased them on Twitter, still nothing. Just gonna cancel the subscription if they can't sort.

I am seeing A Spy Among Friends with adverts, despite being a Premium customer. This does not happen on my laptop when watching ITVX.
