So of course you guys are now going to tell me it's on their end and I'm going to get stuck in this silly cycle, going back and forth between both. Aklamio referral Referred a family member to virgin media 21st February, my aklamio login shows it as pending since 21/02/24 and it never changes. Family member has had the service installed and has made several monthly payments, yet neither of us have received the £50 reward? Aklamio say they have reminded Virgin Media several times and it is for virgin media to tell them all conditions have been met - I believe all conditions should have been met and tomorrow will mark 18 weeks since this lousy process began. Any help? Thanks in advance!
