None of the contract information or summaries when I renewed mentioned any changes - all simply referred to Netflix- see below Package changed after renewal I have the same issue, renewal offer stated clearly I won’t lose anything, and the first I know about this is an email from Netflix saying my package has changed. Contract document clearly states Netflix standard and no mention of Ads… Please can someone from VM reach out and let me know how they are going to fix this
