I am a long-standing VM customer and you moved my plan to O2.  As part of that move, you said that you would be upgrading my broadband by one level (i.e. to Gig1).  I note that my volt benefits are active on my O2 account and have made sure that both...
It seems that I too have the same problem:  my broadband speed hasn't been increased even though bolt benefits applied and contact details are identical on both sites.  Can anyone help?
Anyone else having problems with ITVX on their V6 boxes ... when I try and watch A Sky Among Friends episode one it just hangs
