Reason i ask is because my own V6 box has started doing the same thing .at random times never know when or which channel or for how long ? mostly on recorings Re: Screen interference? Hi i have a tivo v6 box.connected by the supplied cable my hub & tv box a right next to each other. Don't have any problems with other devices . Besides its nit thst the connection is intermittent.but playback if recordings are randomly at times pixalted for a few seconds now and again .this again is random some time a lot sometimes very little to None at all Screen interference? Recently my tv screen has become pixalted for about 2-10 + seconds at a time during viewing often a dozen times on a 1 hour show .which it seems to be mostly recordings. Not always the same channel or show .various times Purley 100% random .never know when or how often i will happen has anyone got an idea whats causing this ? Re: Urgent help required Would like. To know what these new policies are? If its to make things more difficult with little or no support then its definitely working well .i feel I'm no longet a valuable customer just a bloke that pays up up . United artist,ntl .Telewest/blueyonder. Many yrs I've Never ever had a problems in fact nothing but good service that's until recently helped me out more often than not even now have virgin mobie since joining with O2 not he same either ? Re: Urgent help required Sorry my mistake my hub 5 does Not have the red marks on it .however the girl from customer service said i would be an issue to get a 360 box tto record with so long as the £49.99 fee is met .i guess they'll just give her a hub 5 without the red marks like mine? Re: Urgent help required Once again the Virgin customer service person assured me that if she wanted a 360 all she had to was make it clear and totally request this on becoming a customer. .(as stated i have the full transcript downloaded) and pay the £49.99 installation fee .the photo you sent me is identical to my HUB5 & I HAVE a V6 tivo .with the option to switch to 360 .again don't see the problem why Vigin cant sort this out. Just a point blank refusal to help ?
