Hi just wondering if you get discount if you have been a loyal customer with V.M if you cannot afford the new price increase, or is it a case of downgrading your package or just leave V.M.

Hi, my tv package is increasing from April. I have been with V.M 25yrs is there no discount for existing customers loyalty if they cannot afford the increase. Or is it a case of leaving V.M or downgrading package?
