This is happening to other people right now. Making it look pretty clear it’s a network issue not a location or device issue. 

Are you not reading the other posts that show other people simultaneously having the same issue from different networks trying to dial in? 

However other family members are ok on virgin

Same here. No incoming calls (from several different numbers and networks) but outgoing ok. Other family phones on virgin are ok though so it’s a bit random
